The villa is comprised of a spacious with a fully equipped kitchen, stereo system, cable TV, wireless high speed internet, covered dinning area by the pool and a lush tropical courtyard.
The rental rate includes daily house keeping, full time guard, fresh linens and towels. The caretaker can also be hired to cook for your group for just $30 a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
The house is located just a short walking distance from the local restaurants and the small grocery store in the Palm Beach Estates Neighborhood which is in Playa Grande Costa Rica. Also within a 10 minute walk is the Tamarindo Estuary where you can take a boat to the bigger town of Tamarindo Costa Rica for $1 per person, and explore the shops and restaurants there and you can find almost all the services that you need like banks,pharmacies,grocery stores and all thee different tours available in the area you will want to see. Like Canopy tours,fishing,diving,surf tours,snorkeling tours at beautiful secluded reefs & beaches all to your self and Volcano’s just to name some of the activities you can enjoy and last but not least all the different wildlife reserves the country has to offer.
